The Power of Three

I was born on the 03/03 and today I am 33. I just love the symmetry in that. Look at all those lovely threes. The number three is very special to me. You can’t be born on the 3rd of March, without feeling drawn to the number 3. My house number when added together comes to 9 which is 3 x 3. I didn’t plan it that way, but that is the way the universe chose to work. I have a triquetra tattooed on my ankle, which is a celtic symbol of three becoming one. It has been used to explain everything from the triple goddess to the holy trinity and even on the TV show Charmed. Anyway, that’s just a roundabout way to say, it’s my birthday and officially I am another year older.

Why the picture of the plant? Well, it is a picture of a lucky bamboo plant, which my parents sent to my work for my birthday. I now have something green and leafy on my desk which makes my sparse desk look less sparse. Also my lucky bamboo has three stalks. As you can imagine, I really liked that.
